GDI+ and Paint

As mentioned in CORE-7702, images are broken if res-aved over GDI+. It seems to only affect bitmaps
saved with ReactOS Paint, at least I was not able to reproduce it with files that come from other
programs. The affected formats are JPEG, PNG and TIFF.

To reproduce:

1. Open Paint
2. Open a picture or create a new one in Paint
3. Save it.
4. Open it with the Shell Image Viewer or an other program backed by GDI+, e.g. Paint from Windows XP.
The Picture shows still normal.
5. Save the Picture again in one of the above formats.
6. Reopen the Picture. As you can see, the image saved in step 5 is broken.

As said above, I can't reproduce it with files that don't come from ReactOS Paint. Also with gdiplus.dll, Version 5.2.6002.22791, from Microsoft it does not occur. I have tested it in Windows XP and ReactOS,
both with MS gdiplus.dll and ROS gdiplus.dll, wich has the same effect on both platforms.
