    Description

      Stopped working VLC media player 2.1.2
      Immediately after installing the player window appears as usual, but when you try to open the menu audio file - no sound.
      The second time the player window does not appear, there is another black box with the words:

      VLC media player 2.1.2 Rincewind
      Command Line Interface initialized. Type`help' for help.
