Caesar 3: Setup.exe wrong file format.

    Description

      When tried to run Setup.exe, ReactOS returns Error: ERROR_WRONG_FILE_FORMAT. Under WIndows XP, VISTA, 7, the Setup works just fine.
      Attached the Setup.exe with files, so it can be started, but without Files to copy (The Game is NOT included) due to copyright...
