Network doesn't work in virtualbox if i select ICH9 chipset

If i select a ICH9 chipset in virtualbox setting then network stop working. If i select a PIIX3 chipset then network is OK. Tested with r61596.
Version 0.3.15 also doesn't work with ICH9 chipset.
