Theme is not saved due to abnormal shutdown

    Description

      Apply Lautus theme in Properties for Display dialog, Appearence tab.
      Power Off (not shutdown) your device. Boot it up again. Theme is back to default.
      In Windows XP SP3 such thing does not happen.
