There is no possibility to change the code page of the cmd.exe

    Description

      The command line is not properly display non-English characters. The ability to change the code page of the console is missing (in Windows XP this was done using the command "mode con"). Would do well to set the automatic installation of the code page of the console, depending on the language system. (For example for Russian language and code page must be 866).
