Description
Revision 61848.
OpenBUG and BlackBox fail to run after they have been installed.
I think the problem is this "fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00004000
(dll/win32/kernel32/client/proc.c:4037) Current directory: C:\Program Files\OpenBUGS\OpenBUGS322".
