Wrong characters are registered by ReactOS.

    Description

      When I type any of the following symbols, ReactOS registers wrong characters:

      '~' => ASCII 169 in ROS.
      '|' => '~' in ROS.
      '\' => '#' in ROS.
      '#' => euro symbol in ROS.
