    Description

      start an explorer window, start cmd.exe and run "regsvr32.exe /?"

      1. Bug - The regsvr window does not appear in the Alt-Tab Switch Window, though it appers in the explorer taskbar

      2. Close regsvr window with enter. Alt-tab does not work unless you click somewhere. Might be related to CORE-106
