CRT: kbhit-getch combo call doesn't act like MS msvcrt

    Description

      ReactOS msvcrt kbhit-getch combo call can receive 1 code every 2 combo calls.
      test program with c source attached.

      same happens when ros msvcrt.dll is used in WinXP SP3.
