    Description

      Windows uses a CMenuBand to display the contents of a menu or folder. Internally, uses a toolbar restyled to look like a menu.

      It will be implemented based on behaviour from Windows, by running explorer-new within Windows 7, using Giannis' shell-experiments branch as a base.
