Minor Description
The ReactOS (default GUI interface's) bold font - the Tahoma Bold, has missing Romanian letters. Petru Dumitriu, another maintainer of ReactOS Romanian resources, reported the problem (in mid-2009) on Wine's Bug Tracking Database as Bug 19322: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19322
...but (in this regard) things since then just stalled. I was reluctantly to pick up this font issue, as my history of involvement with Wine hasn't been that fruitful; but further discussion about it on #reactos IRC channel restated the need on fixing the problems upstream whenever possible.
My work on fixing fonts have been accepted and committed, so I finally have a first positive result from a Wine contribution! ...of course, not until rounds of struggle (including patch rejection with Wine's special "wrong Formatting" that has a pretty wide range of possible causes), and that's something even I wonder about considering the fact that Wine isn't a project in which I have much direct interest (read patience) to begin with!
I invite a Wine sync on that font (and maybe other fonts too, with their "master" branch, of course).
