Setup hangs on VirtualBox 4.3.6

    Description

      I'm trying to install ReactOS 0.3.16 in a VirtualBox (version 4.3.6). The setup hangs after "Register components".
      The VirtualBox has 1024 MB RAM, 1 CPU, IO-APIC activated, chipset ICH9, no graphics acceleration. The host system is Windows 7 x64.
      I've also tried revision 62196, but it has the same problem.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CORE-7013 Setup will fail to finish if during 2nd stage you open and close Regional Options / keyboard window (in other words, a .cpl is launched)
