      The wine test for kernel32 console shows:
      console.c:1219: Test failed: wrong GetLastError() 6
      console.c:1226: Test failed: wrong GetLastError() 6
      console.c:1233: Test failed: wrong GetLastError() 6
      console.c:1240: Test failed: wrong GetLastError() 6
