Minor Description
Recently, while testing some of the new programs with the *.com extension, I noticed that you couldn't open them outside of the command prompt. I looked to the hivecls.inf file and noticed that it didn't have any support for opening the program directly (e.g. shell\open\command).
On the side note, I also changed the comment for the *.com file since an icon is already provided.
