There is no progress bars and dialog boxes during copy or cut-paste

I was copying some files from CD to harddisk and when I clicked "Paste", my VM froze due to copy progress. But there was no progress bar and a dialog box. In this case shell didn't respond, so I restarted my VM.

A progress bar and a dialog box for copying and cutting should be added.

The problem was in r63xxx.
