Booting with "Enable VGA mode" on real hardware give an exception in win32k.sys

    Description

      After installing, pressing F8 and choosing "Enable VGA mode", then boot "ReactOS" result in
      Blue Screen of Death (attaching vga_bug.png).

      Also attaching debug log (when booting "ReactOS(debug)" (reactos_vga.log)
      I note in it:

      (/srv/buildbot_cmake/full_cmake/build/win32ss/user/ntuser/display.c:178) err: VGA mode requested.
      		 
      (/srv/buildbot_cmake/full_cmake/build/win32ss/user/ntuser/display.c:190) err: Could not open HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\VIDEO registry key:0xc0000034
