      Description

      Firstly on a fresh install, I setup the new hardware wizard to install the drivers for my Samsung USB Modem.

      Although the wizard doesn't finish for some reason, the drivers and the INF file has been successfully copied to their correspondent folders.

      After a reboot, ReactOS PnP manager tries to load the Samsung USB Modem but it fails on the process.

      On the debug log attached it shows this line:

      (ntoskrnl/io/pnpmgr/pnpmgr.c:464) \Driver\SS_BUS->AddDevice(USB\Vid_04e8&Pid_6845\5&7ccc2a2b&0000&000000-00-000000) failed with status 0xc0000001

      When I tried to view their properties on devmgr the system response with this text:

      This device is not working properly because FIXME is not working properly. (Code 31)
