Increase reserved free space if partition is filled with pagefile.sys

All my Machines have a 2 Gigs Partition for RealHW Ros-testing. This machine also has 2 Gigs Ram. Though ReactOs already reduces the size of the pagefile, Windows 7/XP annoys with a Low Disk Space warning all 5 minutes.

Manually adjusting size of pagefile is not yet possible (or I don't know how)
