7-zip: Info button isn't functioning

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install 7-zip from ReactOS Applications Manager (see install_7zip.log).
      2. Run it, navigate to Computer -> C:\ and select a file (ex. freeldr.ini).
      3. Press Info button at the panel.
      4. Nothing happens (see pressing_info.log).

      Other buttons seem to work. Info button normally (on Windows) opens shell 'Properties' dialog, and ROS Explorer is able to open that dialog for the same file.
