ReactOS Applications Manager corrupt downloads

I boot ReactOS, I open "ReactOS Applications Manager" I download "Mozilla Firefox 2.0 2.0.0.20" or any thing, by clicking the install button, the bar comes up for about 5 seconds, gets half way, stops, then gos away, when i go to the root of ReactOS, "c:/" then open downloads, i find the ".exe" file does not show an icon, when asked to open it fails to open, showing an error message, its happened 5 times in a row, i've tried deleting the file each time,, ive also tried powering down then up again,
