Control Box double-click does not close window

    Description

      Double clicking the control box of the window does not close it. I know it's a known issue but i haven't found anything on this on the JIRA platform. Forum discussion about it here : https://www.reactos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=13265
