NVIDIA NT4 driver support - regression in 14667

Hardware = Geforce2 Mx 10/200 in real hardware

Registry setp + driver version ( NT4 + patch) as indicated in Wiki page

The NVIDIA driver works up to the build 14658 and Ros does not support this
driver for higher builds ( VBE is used then )

14658 = OK
14670 = NOK
14678 NOK

I cannot "narrow" more to find the exact build which has regressed between 14658
and 14670 as there are a lot of build issues ( make failure)
