aMSN 0.98.9 give ReactOs a break when started

This issue appeared during CORE-4767 retest (even if the version of aMSN were a little bit different each other)

After the setup, did with a clean machine, starting the app not only give a application crash but even reactos give a break.

The only attachment for now are the following:
1. results of the !analyze -v did with revision 63297 (aMSN_LunchBreak.txt)
2. The log from the start of the software (aMSN_LunchBeforeBreak.txt)
