Items in the shell are sorted in the wrong way

When the user presses a column in the shell to sort the items instead of using LVM_SORTITEMS, we should sort the DPA with DPA_Sort (we already do it once when we create the DPA) and remove CDefView::ListViewCompareItems. Such comparisons must be done with IShellFolder::CompareIDs
