NtProtectVirtualMemory fails with PAGE_NOACCESS and PAGE_GUARD

    Description

      Quite a lot of applications require a meaningful behaviour for this case, notably JIT compilers and garbage collectors.

      Also, DPH needs this, and it's broken since the switch to ARM3.

      The attached patch (very experimental) tries to alleviate this.
