improper behavior for "Shift" key-pressed consecutive start-menu-item clicking

Additional to the usual Start-menu items access mode, in Windows XP there is this way of sequential multiple-item access by holding the "Shift" key pressed. Clicking a Start-menu item in this case although opens that given item, it does not collapse the underlying menu, giving the user the chance to make multiple choices. Currently none of the explorer shells in (any branches of) ReactOS has this functionality implemented.
