      GetAdaptersInfo try to access to registry key Software\Wine\Wine\Config\Network in loop

      (../../ntoskrnl/config/ntapi.c:128) NtOpenKey(Path: Software\Wine\Wine\Config\Network, Root 68, Access: 20019)
      (../../ntoskrnl/config/ntapi.c:181) Returning handle 0, Status c0000034.

      you need to activate debug on ntoskrnl/config/ntapi.c to reproduce

      is not a wine issue se http://cvs.winehq.org/patch.py?id=18162
