ExtTextOut does not totally behave as expected

    Description

      Because CORE-4657 was recently resolved, I decided to retest all the tests provided in that report to see whether everything was fixed. GTK+ test apps now almost correctly drawing their text, however the tests based on ExtTextOut do not fully work as expected. I provide hereafter screenshots of what happens on ReactOS (right) vs. what happens on Windows (left).
