[FIXED] Wireshark hangs after launch

    Description

      There is some problem in interaction between ReactOS and GTK library.
      Problem appears as not responding GUI and 100% CPU usage of application.
      Only specific binary versions of library are affected, especially ones used in Wireshark.

      Tested versions of Wireshark: 1.8.5, 1.12.0
