roscalc bugs

Some bugs of roscalc

A1.) Lsh operator works as Rsh, when inv is active, but still shows as Lsh
A2.) typing "90" "cos" "=" or "90" "sin" "=" makes calc crash.

The following bugs are ReactOS related and don't occur on Windows:
B1.) clicking on "Radian" or "Grad" will loose the marking circle

Additional bugs by shinobu maehara (see his comment in CORE-3085):
1) The apply button in the regional settings doesn't do anything, only the one
in the customise dialogue works.
2) The previews for the regional settings are wrong when customised.
3) The calculator buttons are all over the place.
4) The calculator doesn't notice when the regional settings change.
