JRE installer and Winrar shows Marlett font instead the proper one

    Description

      The attached testcase isolates the issue that Winrar and JRE installer are having showing a wrong Font.
      Basically the testcase calls:
      CreateFontA(-12,0,0,0,FW_MEDIUM,0,0,0,DEFAULT_CHARSET,0,0,0,FIXED_PITCH,"System");

      I've attached a screenshot comparing Reactos and Windows behavior. Seems the "System" is forcing Marlett to be used somehow.
