VLC hiccups all the same time at a specific log output

I installed VLC 2.1.5 and replaced dsound.dll with this one: http://dreimer.eu/dsound.dll which works fine. Now I am able to watch movies WITH sound, but with regular hiccups. Everytime it hangs shortly I get this in log.
