Please implement swap file settings dialog.

As I have been told in IRC teh swap size is 200k, which is almost useless. I
would liek to see a more sensible value, like something between 16 and 256 MB as
default. Perhaps it could detect the partition size and use a % of it, but with
a lower and upper boundary (like the values above).
