Shell-Experiments don't build bootcd

    Description

      When trying to build the latest revision shell-experiments, bootcd is not building.
      host-tools> ninja all - OK
      reactos> ninja all - OK
      reactos> ninja livecd - OK
      reactos> ninja bootcd - NO, an error is displayed.
