Google Chrome 38 standalone installer creates one level too much of directory.

The ChromeStandaloneSetup.exe creates c:\Program files\Google\Chrome\Application\xx.xx.xx.xx\xx.xx.xx.xx (xx.xx.xx.xx being the browser version) directory and puts its files in there instead of just c:\Program files\Google\Chrome\Application\xx.xx.xx.xx

Of course, when the application loads, it complains that it can't find its stuff and doesn't start.
