NTVDM: Colony 28 won't start

r64915, VBox 4.3.12.

I test and log from my full CD version, but I got the same log also from this demo version: http://www.oldgames.sk/en/game/colony-28/download/8063/ (it's neatly prepackaged with DOSBox, so you can check how the real thing works). It's a Czech platformer game, don't think there's an English version in existence, but for a basic playcheck it's not a problem.

I tried running the "COLONY28.EXE", which should map to "!START.EXE" in the demo version. Debuglog is attached.

There's this:
