Media Player Classic Home Cinema 1.7.7 use 100% Cpu and spams on the debug but not starts at the end

Test did during a general check for the tests for 0.3.17 and downloading all from the downloader (but on the test list the version is 1.7.1 but on rapps is 1.7.7 if needed i will test even 1.7.1 to check more errors)

When the software is started it take all the CPU and spam the lines i took from the debug log without showing anything, (Unlike Core-7671 that is about the same software as here but the version is different, possible another regression or just the version of the software cause this problem?).
