[GDI32] - Shadow behind text of desktop icons disappeared

    Description

      Related to CORE-7821

      After installing graphic driver and setup the screen properties to 1024x768x32 and doing a reboot, the text of desktop icons shows a shadow, this behavior is broken since r64657 when a change to the freetype library was commited.
