NTVDM: Alley Cat doesn't work beyond title screen

r65022, VBox 4.3.12.

Alley Cat starts quite nicely, but after I skip the title screen, the whole screenbuffer seems to condense into a two-pixel line. Game can be downloaded here: http://www.486games.net/game.php?id=23
