REGRESSION: Exception at the end of 2nd stage

    Description

      r65033, VBox 4.3.12

      At the end of 2nd stage setup I get an exception, the machine stalls and the setup doesn't finish properly - resetting results in broken hive. This happens also on default language selection, 100% of the time.

      65029 - OK
      65030 - NOK
