Changing back to default theme after changing theme causes title bar to get bigger

After I change the theme to the Latus or any other theme and I go back to the default theme, the title bar and the bottom bar also becomes larger. I've noticed it affects the trunk builds, the 0.3.17 Release Candidates and the shell-experiments build.
