    Description

      0.3.17RC4, VBox 4.3.12.

      Needs Czech ROS (or another non-English variant maybe... the codepage number will vary accordingly). GIMP (both 2.6 and 2.8) will spam the log quite a lot with this line when starting up. Even though on English it will, GIMP 2.6 won't start on Czech ReactOS (maybe it would after a long spamming).
