[WIN32SS] dxdiag exposes a tabsheet redraw problem (3rd party apps are also affected)

    Description

      Whenever another window is drawn over dxdiag, the tab content does not get redrawn properly. This patch hopefully fixes this problem, and it has been tested in both Windows XP and 7.

      In the test patch provided, when the tab controls are created, it should use pContext->hTabCtrl instead of pContext->hMainDialog.
