ReactOS doesn't create web shortcut

    Description

      When testing menu item "Favourites" from branch "Shell-experiments", i tried create web shortcut with right-click>New>New link.
      In wizard writen: "This wizard helps you to create shortcuts <...> Internet address".
      I tried enter "http://www.reactos.org/", but got error message. (see screenshot)
