Second stage install fails to start

    Description

      After first stage install finishes successfully, and after reboot, I am getting "Error loading NTOS core" error.
      Screens are from OS installed using all defaults except for russian language (english language gives one error instead of two)
      Log file contains this lines:

      (/srv/buildbot_cmake/full_cmake/build/boot/freeldr/freeldr/windows/peloader.c:631) err: Did not find export 'VidBitBlt'!
