zsnesw doesn't start

    Description

      Zsnesw 1.5.1 doesn't start when executed.
      This is a regression, Zsnews worked in 51461 as can be seen in this bugreport https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-4193
      Attached the debuglog, however it doesn't break into debugger even setting it to jump at first exception.
      Attached the Zsnesw.
