Double Clicking on the program Icon in left hand corner of the window does not close it

When I double click on the program icon in the upper left corner, it only opens up a menu like if I only clicked the icon once. As in Windows, double clicking it should close it but in ReactOS it only shows the menu. It does not work in the daily builds and the shell-experiments builds.
