Trivial Description
The registry value "WallPaperDir" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion" is missing, which contains the path to the wallpaper directory.
The patch adds a line to hivesft.inf, so that the value is actually created during setup.
I wasn't able to determine where Windows creates the value, so I have put it besides the lines
for the other values under this key.
If there is a more appropriate place to create it, let me know.
