2G Fat32 partition marked as unknown unpartitioned 8G free space

When I install ReactOS I get a really strange report of the harddisk, it is a
6,1G HD with two primary partitions one 4G and one 2G both has 4k cluster size
made with PQMagic. ReactOS install says it has two partitions, one 4G Fat32
and one 8G unknown partition!
The first partition reports correctly so I installed successfully.
When I start ROS and enter C: and D: with explorer.exe the first time I get an
errormessage (which I don't remember now, ask me if I forget to add this info)
but the partitions works for both load and save.

The Win98 installation stopped working after some ROS upgrades which I fixed
with "SYS c:" but then freeloader stopped working and isn't re installed
during a new installation. Boot from A: works fine.
